  • Job boards - Seek, Adzuna, Glassdoor, Indeed and Jora
  • Social media - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • 11 Recruitment's website

On average, our advertisements receive over 100 applications and significantly outperform the market benchmark for Seek, shown in this graph.

Our client is the largest privately owned national distributor and industrial supplier of fastening products in Australia. They are recognised for their exceptional service, delivery time, competitiveness and total solutions, offering over 75,000 different products sourced from over 300 suppliers. They are now seeking an Internal Sales person to join their busy team in Welshpool.


ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a natural at pleasing people and love multi-taking? The successful candidate for this role will need to have proven experience of:

  • Providing customers with 'first class' customer service with a willingness to  exceed expectations 
  • Taking orders by email, phone and over the counter  
  • Dealing with high volume customer enquiries and quotes
  • Entering data quickly to meet customer deadlines 
  • Providing product support and advising customers on product solutions
  • Seizing opportunities to up-sell products to customers wherever possible
  • Identifying new product and market opportunities
  • Keeping up to date with the latest product developments
  • Contributing to the continual improvement culture of the company

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this position, you will be:

  • Amazing at customer service!
  • Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised 
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple customers and priorities
  • Honest with a high level of integrity
