Video job advertisement

Social media algorithms prioritise video content over still images, so we produce video advertisements for all vacancies to enhance our candidate sourcing efforts.

By leveraging this unique and highly effective approach, we aim to connect with the right candidates at the right time.

We share our videos on LinkedIn, and Facebook, posting them 10-20 times based on relevance. Typically, our videos receive over 1,000 views within the first 24 hours.



Job advertisement

We continually refresh, rewrite, and reformat our job advertisements to ensure we receive high-quality applications. Our strategy is proactive, with approximately 20 advertisements posted for each permanent job. These advertisements are shared across:

  • Job boards - Seek, Adzuna, Glassdoor, Indeed and Jora
  • Social media - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • 11 Recruitment's website

On average, our advertisements receive over 100 applications and significantly outperform the market benchmark for Seek, shown in this graph.


Business Development Manager

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a WA owned-and-operated crane service and maintenance provider, who is looking to grow their business by acquiring new sales and delivering customer service excellence.

They pride themselves on a diverse range of crane supplies. They maintain all makes and models of overhead cranes and electric hoists and provide 24-hour repair service.

If you enjoy the challenge of business development, can deliver high levels of customer service, and enjoy working autonomously, this could be the role for you.


ABOUT THE ROLE

The duties for this role will include:

  • B2B account generation and setting up new accounts / contracts
  • Establishing new relationships through client visits, phone calls and emails
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with past clients
  • Entering leads and prospects into an existing CRM system
  • Implementing sales initiatives to generate new accounts
  • Following-up with potential clients by conducting 8-10 visits per day
  • Managing your territory and following leads in the metropolitan area 

Note: this is the first BDM role that our client is seeking. ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will need:

  • Experience in a B2B hunting role - preferably in an on-the-road capacity
  • Experience using CRM to develop relationships and drive service growth
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • A clean police clearance and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • A current manual driver's licence

A mechanical trade background or previous crane repair / maintenance experience would also be an advantage.
