Another fact that distinguishes 11 Recruitment from other agencies is that we do not pay our staff an individual commission. Instead, we focus on fostering a supportive team environment, where your satisfaction is paramount.

Consultants who work on a contingency basis are only paid for successful placements. As such, they may be working on 10-20 jobs at any given time, and jobs that are easy to fill are prioritised.

At 11 Recruitment, our consultants typically have no more than three jobs at any given time. This enables them to spend more time focusing on each job, including those that are difficult to fill.

Additionally, we often have to three staff members working on any single vacancy. This helps to avoid bottlenecks and ensures no one slips through the cracks.

This is how we close 98.5% of our listed jobs - far greater than the industry standard of 20%.

Retained service

As we do not sell CVs, but instead provide a sourcing and recruitment solution, we charge on a retained basis. We invoice our clients in three stages, with each stage making up one-third of the total fee.

  • The first invoice is issued upon our commencement of the assignment
  • The second is issued at the time first-round interviews are organised
  • And finally, the third invoice is issued upon verbal offer and acceptance of the role
