How it works

If you want to be proactive in your job search, you can send your CV to a recruitment agency to increase your chances of finding a job.

At 11 Recruitment, we would be delighted to receive your CV. If you choose to submit your CV to us, this is what will happen:

  • First, you'll receive an email confirming that we have received it
  • We will then process your CV and store it in our database
  • When we're looking to fill a role, we'll search our CV database to see if there's a match
  • If you're a match for one of our roles, we will contact you to discuss the opportunity further

We also recommend you sign up for our job alerts, that way if anything matches your job alert profile you will be contacted about the role and will have an opportunity to apply.

For international candidates, we recommend that you don’t submit your CV to us until you have a valid work permit in Australia as we will be unable to assist you. A valid work permit could be obtained through citizenship, residency or through a work visa.

Keep in mind that different agencies may have varying procedures and preferences, so it's advisable to research and target reputable agencies that specialise in your industry or field of interest.
