The Role

Additionally, they will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Checking stock control
  • Engaging with third parties/suppliers
  • Planning the production schedules
  • Ensuring repairs and maintenance of farm machinery are carried out
  • Organising rotas and work schedules
  • Putting together policies and procedures
  • Training new staff
