OM (Manganese) Ltd is looking to strengthen its leadership team in Perth with a hands-on and motivated Accountant.

The Role

You will be a part of the transactional finance team that contributes to drive the business forward. You will participate in the financial operations of the organisation which includes the following duties:

  • Assist with preparation of the statutory accounts and Board reports
  • Maintain bank accounts, schedule payments and conduct bank reconciliations
  • Assist with the preparation Board reports and communications
  • Preparation of royalty returns
  • Management of fixed asset register and capital expenditure
  • Maintaining and ensuring data integrity of the system and various schedules
  • Update and maintain various cash flow and commitment schedules
  • Collaborate with other departments, analyse expenditure, and prepare financial reports for use by senior management
  • Assist with management of the company’s tax compliance matters (GST, FBT, payroll tax, income tax, superannuation etc.)

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or commercial related field
  • CPA / CA Qualified (Preferable not a requisite)
