  • Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing
  • Making recommendations for improvement, using models to test them and presenting findings to the client
  • Developing and implementing new procedures or training
  • Collecting information about their client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
  • Analyse and interpret data to inform findings and recommendation
  • Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
