Temp positions can range from one single day, to extended contracts, to temp-to-perm opportunities.
About You
- Experience in a corporate office environment
- Strong administration / reception experience
- Competent in MS Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
To be considered for a temporary position, you will be required to have experience in general administration / reception. This includes;
- Reception duties
- MYOB / Xero
- Filing and scanning
- Post collection
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Managing incoming phone calls
- High-volume data-entry
- Ad-hoc duties as required
