About You

  • General office duties - phone, email, filing, scanning etc
  • Accounts, including AP/AR, quotes, purchase orders, and bank reconciliations
  • Payroll for 5 employees
  • Inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels
  • Job scheduling and liaising with stakeholders
  • Creating graphics for company social media using Canva and Mailchimp
  • Event management including travel bookings for staff
  • Other adhoc duties, as required
