  • Social media - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • 11 Recruitment's website

On average, our advertisements receive over 100 applications and perform well above the market benchmark for Seek, shown in this graph.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a privately owned company in the civil construction industry. They aim to provide the best products and services possible.

Their warehouse - which includes an attached office - based in the Northern suburbs.


ABOUT THE ROLE

Payroll duties for this role will include:

  • Timesheet calculation
  • Processing weekly payroll for 30 staff
  • Processing payroll deductions, payments and GL reconciliations
  • Preparing files for new employees
  • Reporting to the CFO

Accounts duties for this role will include:

  • AP and AR - processing invoices, weekly payments and statement reconciliations 
  • Bank and weekly sales reconciliations 
  • Creating purchase orders 
  • Entering creditor/debtor data and allocating to GL accounts 
  • Completing end-of-month reporting
  • Updating KPI information
  • Managing petty cash 

Administration duties for this role will include:

  • Answering calls and greeting visitors 
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail 
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers to place new job order 
  • Booking accommodation 
  • Filing and archiving documents and records
  • Data entry 
  • Monitoring and maintaining stationary and office equipment 
  • Purchasing PPE and first aid 
  • Ensuring the office is clean and amenities are stocked

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will need:

  • Experience in a similar role 
  • The unrestricted right to work in Australia 
  • MYOB proficiency
  • Experience in payroll
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
