We constantly refresh, rewrite and reformat our job advertisements to optimise the quality of applications received. Our approach is aggressive - we post around 20 advertisements for every permanent job. Advertisements are posted on:

Social media - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a privately owned manufacturer based in Bibra Lake. They are the leading producers of the development and refinement of antislip products. Our client has cemented their reputation in the field of innovation and technology.

Their offices have free onsite parking and are located in a building with warehouse.

They are seeking a candidate for an immediate start.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The duties for this role will include:

End-to-end bookkeeping - AP / AR, reconciliation, month and year-end
Processing weekly payroll for 20 staff
Preparing and lodging payroll tax, BAS and superannuation
Issuing group certificates through one touch payroll
Conducing monthly reporting
Drafting employee documents and maintaining personal files
Providing invoicing and distribution assistance to the Freight Logistics Coordinator
Communicating with all stakeholders (both verbal and written)

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will need:

Single Touch Payroll knowledge
Solid Bookkeeping experience
MYOB experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to investigate any discrepancies
The ability to meet all statutory / internal deadlines
The unrestricted right to work in Australia
The ability to provide a current National Police Clearance
Accurate data entry and attention to detail 
An understanding of foreign currency

The successful candidate must also be willing to undergo skills testing.
