What happens after you apply

At 11 Recruitment, we specialise in recruiting for a diverse range of white-collar temporary and permanent positions. If any of our current vacancies below catch your eye, we encourage you to apply. Now, let's talk about what happens after you apply:

  • First, you'll receive an email confirming we've received your application.
  • We will then review your resume and cover letter. This may take up to two weeks.
  • Following the review, we'll reach out to you with the outcome.
  • If we believe you may be a good fit for the role, you can expect a screening call.
  • If the screening call goes well, we'll organise a registration interview for a more in-depth one-on-one discussion about your professional background.
  • After the interview, you'll be shortlisted to our client. If our client sees potential in your application, we will schedule an interview with both of you.
  • Finally, if everything goes well, we'll conduct reference checks and extend a job offer to you.
