Video job advertisement

Social media algorithms favour videos over still content, so we create video advertisements for all vacancies to help source our candidates.

We constantly refresh, rewrite and reformat our job advertisements to optimise the quality of applications received. Our approach is aggressive - we post around 20 advertisements for every permanent job. Advertisements are posted on:

  • Job boards - Seek, Adzuna, Glassdoor, Indeed and Jora
  • Social media - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • 11 Recruitment's website

On average, our advertisements receive over 100 applications and perform well above the market benchmark for Seek, shown in this graph.

Our client is a recently established company, which is developing an existing property into a unique, sustainable vineyard. They are creating an eco-friendly farm environment and constructing a new energy efficient, low impact winery.

They have also recently purchased a property and business in the Tamar Valley, Tasmania, which has an established vineyard and is actively selling wine to their Wine Club and database.


Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your job duties will include:

  • Overall brand management and corporate identity for each business in Western Australia and Tasmania
  • Create and maintain a company website 
  • Creating, establishing, and managing two independent wine brands 
  • Be responsible for translating digital marketing strategies into effective online campaigns 
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs to evaluate and improve ROI of campaigns through ongoing reporting and analysis 
  • Increase traffic and sales through digital marketing activities such as SEO / CRM 
  • Overseeing the marketing budget 
  • Work in collaboration with design agencies 


The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in digital marketing for both B2B and B2C 
  • Created and executed product launch strategies 
  • Developed marketing campaigns to leverage the organisation inclusive of paid advertising, affiliates, display, social and online videos, and SEO 
  • Experience in staff and stakeholder management 
  • Able to utilise video editing and image manipulation tools (i.e. Photoshop)
  • Developed CRM campaigns and building new opportunities to optimise eCommerce solutions
  • In-depth understanding of marketing funnels and generating ROI 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent)
