Our client is on the hunt for an Experienced Store Manager to develop and mentor their new team.
 
About the Role
Reporting to the State Manager you will be responsible for the performance and success of the retail store.
You will also have the responsibility of:

• Ensuring that the store is correctly merchandised in line with the company’s direction
• Effectively guiding and developing the retail team of 6-7 employees to achieve financial and business targets
• Rostering for staff and ensuring it is in line with the store budget
• Fostering a positive workplace culture
• Ensuring work health and safety obligations are being adhered to

About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Extensive experience in the retail industry
• Strong retail management skills
• Ability to coach and mentor your team
• A high attention to detail
• A strong sense of self-motivation
• Weekend work required within a flexible roster
