They are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join their growing team located in the Perth Western Suburbs.
 
About the opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will see you undertake the end-to-end drafting process for single and double storey homes. Utilising your excellent attention to detail, you will complete any prestart changes and variations as well as mark-ups. Utilising your excellent customer service skills, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders including shires and site supervisors. 
 
Your additional duties may include:

• Producing working drawings and sketches for first-home-buyer homes
• Producing ArchiCaf 3D models
• Site measure-ups and inspections
• Reviewing engineering details against working drawings

About you:
Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in a drafting role within the first-home-buyers / residential construction industry. You will have sound knowledge R-Codes and BCA, as well as strong skills in ArchiCad and Adobe Creative Suite.
