Our process flow

1.  Submit your order with CV

Choose your service option below. Once payment has been received you will have the option to upload your CV and cover letter right away. We will also send you an email with a hyperlink for a later upload in case you do not have them available right away. Once uploaded it will be forwarded to a CV writer for review. 

2.  Phone consultation

The CV writer will contact you via phone and screen share to discuss your aspirations and requirements including format and layout of document(s)

3.  Drafting and review

Once all information has been delivered the CV writer will commence drafting your new document(s). Standard turnaround is 5-7 working days for your first draft. If you need your documents sooner a fee of 25% will apply.

4.  Documents delivered

The fee includes up to 2 revisions of the first draft emailed to you. Revisions must be submitted within 2 weeks of the revised draft. Should further revisions be required an additional fee may be requested.

We do not provide a guarantee that a document will get you shortlisted for an interview nor that you will be offered a position.

Why use our professional service?

We all have our own unique talents and desire to make a great first impression.

To get that job you want, it takes a carefully thought out strategy to position you above your competition. Our consultants know how to target your resume to achieve maximum results: emphasizing your unique talents, achievements and accomplishments. We understand and know what to include and what to exclude in a resume. 

What package should I choose?

Choose the package that reflects the amount of experience you have. We will tell you if the scope of improvement is outside the price you paid when we receive the documents. 

Do I need to meet with you?

No, you don't need to come into our office. Your allocated consultant will contact you via email and may schedule a time to call you if they need any additional information. 

How long does it take?

We generally prepare resumes in 3-5 business days, by mutual agreement between the client and allocated consultant.

Once you have received a draft in Word format, you are required to review the documents and provide any comments or feedback for editing. After your feedback and clarification is received, the changes are made and emailed back to you as final documents – ready to use.

Do you guarantee results?

We cannot guarantee you will receive a job as there are many factors that influences this outcome. That said we accept orders only when we know there’s a certain scope for improvement on your CV.
