Key Responsibilities 

Payroll

  • Accurately complete all payroll related payments including salary packaging and superannuation
  • Accurately complete all staff and director travel payments
  • Complete associated processing functions i.e. pay advice preparation, EFT preparation, and end of pay reporting
  • Prepare fortnightly payroll costing reports and reconciliations
  • Set up new employees and answer all payroll related enquires
  • PAYG Lodgement

Finance

  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the finance team
  • Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Reconcile and investigate supplier statements
  • Create and process accounts payable batches daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist with month end processing and preparing EOM reports
  • Administration and support duties as required
