Finance & Admin Officer

  • 2 month temp position, full time hours between Monday to Friday
  • Located near UWA
  • Commencing 21st May

The Role
Your new full time temp position, for 37.5 hours per week commencing on the 21st of May. As a Finance & Administration Officer will include, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

  • End to end bookkeeping including AP, AR, Reconciliations, Month and Year End
  • Process payroll and board member fees
  • Lodge and pay Super 
  • Prepare BAS and other information for the external Accountant
  • Produce EOM reports including balance sheet, P+L monthly and year to date
  • Maintain the database on Microsoft Access
  • Order stationary, answering incoming calls and booking meetings
  • Communicate with all stakeholders (both verbal and written)


You

To be successful for this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:

  • Have at least 5 years Bookkeeping experience
  • Have MYOB experience 
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meet all Statutory and Internal deadlines
  • Must have the right to work in Australia, unrestricted
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail 
  • Must be willing to undergo skills testing
  • Police clearance required
  • Available to commence on the 21st May
