The RoleYour new full time temp position, for 37.5 hours per week commencing on the 21st of May. As a Finance & Administration Officer will include, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:End to end bookkeeping including AP, AR, Reconciliations, Month and Year EndProcess payroll and board member feesLodge and pay Super Prepare BAS and other information for the external AccountantProduce EOM reports including balance sheet, P+L monthly and year to dateMaintain the database on Microsoft AccessOrder stationary, answering incoming calls and booking meetingsCommunicate with all stakeholders (both verbal and written)YouTo be successful for this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:Have at least 5 years Bookkeeping experienceHave MYOB experience Have excellent written and verbal communication skillsMeet all Statutory and Internal deadlinesMust have the right to work in Australia, unrestrictedAccurate data entry and attention to detail Must be willing to undergo skills testingPolice clearance requiredAvailable to commence on the 21st MayYour Potential EmployerOur client is seeking a full time Finance & Admin temp to cover annual leave. Their offices are located within the Western Suburbs, near UWA.
