The RoleYour new temp part time position, for 24 hours per week, as a Debtor Controller and Payroll will include, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:PayrollFortnightly Xero Payroll between 50-60 staffChecking of hours, chasing leave forms and processing payrollPayroll is processed on WednesdaysDebtor ControlLiaison with clients, must have strong communication skillsIssuing copy invoices and statementsChasing client payments Receipting paymentsImmediate start required, MUST be able to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.YouTo be successful for this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:Strong communication skills - verbal and writtenSolid Xero experience Previous experience is Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Debtor ControlBe able to investigate any discrepanciesMust have the right to work in Australia, unrestrictedAccurate data entry and attention to detail Must be willing to undergo skills testingYour Potential EmployerOur client is a Not for Profit organisation based in the Northern suburbs.
