Our client provides storage solutions for cars, caravans, boats, RVs, equipment and goods. Their fully enclosed warehouse offers safe storage out of the weather and elements.

Video job advertisement

Social media algorithms favour videos over still content, so we create video advertisements for all vacancies to help source our candidates.

  • Social media - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • 11 Recruitment's website

On average, our advertisements receive over 100 applications and perform well above the market benchmark for Seek, shown in this graph.

The role

The duties for this role will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Overseeing the business while providing affordable storage solutions
  • Conducting prospect visits with potential referral networks 
  • Face-to-face sales with walk-ins, and over the phone appointment setups and follow-ups
  • Actively assist with business growth through current and potential client liaison, including identifying new opportunities
  • Assisting customers / clients with storage solutions
  • Providing high levels of customer service 
  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies
  • Growing / maintaining social media channels
  • Writing copy, producing videos and driving external awareness of events
  • Measuring, analysing and report on marketing program effectiveness
  • Periodically identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvements
  • Managing the smooth integration of new customers into systems / processes
  • Maintaining the facility to a high standard

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in identifying new business development opportunities / strategies 
  • Site or store management experience 
  • The ability to work independently whilst achieving KPI targets
  • Administration experience and a high technical aptitude to learn industry-specific software
  • Experience creating / executing effective marketing and communication campaigns 
  • Experience in full range of digital marketing solutions
  • Experience working with marketing automation software
  • The ability to create lead magnets, conversion campaigns, sales pages etc.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • A current driver’s licence

Knowledge of a range of software packages, for creating / editing images and video, such as the Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage. A current forklift ticket is also desirable.
