Our client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer with passion, energy and integrity to oversee the day to day operations of the business. You will be driving growth and innovation.

The role

Reporting to the board of directors, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and increase operating efficiencies
  • Effective management and continual growth of the organisation, and  implementation of the strategic plan
  • Providing executive leadership across an organisation
  • Acting as the primary spokesperson for the organisation
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Develop the organisation's culture and vision
  • Ensure ongoing efficiencies in the supply chain and distribution channels
  • Setting policies and processes in line with technical and regulatory compliance (ISO Standards)
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the management board
  • Develop and manage productive supplier and manufacturer relationships
  • Proactively manage the competitor landscape and risk
About you
The successful candidate will have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in any of the following relevant fields Engineering, Computer Science or Masters in Business Administration
  • A seasoned and successful leader, ideally with experience in a similar role and or related industry or organisation in a competitive market
  • Proven experience in managing successful Research and Development Team
  • Previous marketing experience, manage campaigns, inbound and outbound marketing and digital marketing
