  • Social media - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • 11 Recruitment's website

On average, our advertisements receive over 100 applications and perform well above the market benchmark for Seek, shown in this graph.

The role

The duties for this role will include:

  • End-to-end bookkeeping - AP / AR, reconciliation, month and year-end 
  • Processing weekly payroll for 20 staff 
  • Preparing and lodging payroll tax, BAS and superannuation
  • Issuing group certificates through one touch payroll 
  • Conducing monthly reporting 
  • Drafting employee documents and maintaining personal files 
  • Providing invoicing and distribution assistance to the Freight Logistics Coordinator
  • Communicating with all stakeholders (both verbal and written)

About you

The successful candidate will need:

  • Single Touch Payroll knowledge 
  • Solid Bookkeeping experience 
  • MYOB experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • The ability to investigate any discrepancies 
  • The ability to meet all statutory / internal deadlines 
  • The unrestricted right to work in Australia
  • The ability to provide a current National Police Clearance 
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail  
  • An understanding of foreign currency

The successful candidate must also be willing to undergo skills testing.

Our client is a privately owned manufacturer based in Bibra Lake. They are the leading producers of the development and refinement of antislip products. Our client has cemented their reputation in the field of innovation and technology.

Their offices have free onsite parking and are located in a building with warehouse.
