Full-time Store Manager Position Available at Leichhardt Smoke, Leichhardt
 
Leichhardt Smoke is a well-known a well-established tobacconist and convenience store located in Leichhardt, NSW.  We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure a superior customer experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient service and smooth business operations.
• Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and motivating to maintain high performance standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Maintain store inventory and ensure timely stock ordering and replenishment.
• Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, cash management, and record-keeping.
• Ensure the store is compliant with all health and safety regulations and maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive business growth.
• Handle customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

 
Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma Qualification
• Proven 1 year experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, particularly during busy periods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software (knowledge of POS systems is an advantage).

Salary: Full-time position with competitive remuneration of $70,000 – $80,000 p.a., plus superannuation.
