We’re currently on the lookout for a Search/Recruitment Consultant to join our team and work alongside our Brisbane search consultant. Please note that this is not a business development role but rather about searching, interviewing and creating outstanding recruitment service delivery for our clients and candidates.
 
The role
As a Consultant, your role will centre on engaging with both our clients and candidates. Your primary goal is to excel in sourcing, identifying, screening, and filling permanent job vacancies while diligently following up on placed candidates.
 
In order to effectively accomplish this, you will embark on talent and market mapping endeavours to gain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape for each assignment.
 
You will be responsible for:

• Producing assessment matrices to evaluate candidates’ suitability
• Writing job advertisements to attract suitable candidates
• Reviewing and screening potential applicants
• Utilising our internal candidate database, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SEEK Talent search, to engage with both active and passive candidates
• Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients
• Participating in client interviews and conducting reference checks 

Your role as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant will be instrumental in connecting talent with opportunity and shaping the future of our organisation.

• Has experience in the recruitment of white-collar staff
• Is autonomous and ambitious
• Can help us achieve 5-star reviews from our clients and candidates
• Living in Brisbane and looking to work remotely from home

To be successful in this role, you will have completed similar objectives in a previous position.
