We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in providing comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care while ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of our clients. You will collaborate closely with a team of skilled professionals, assisting in a variety of cosmetic procedures and contributing to outstanding patient outcomes.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of clients to determine care needs.
- Deliver patient care in line with individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and defensible documentation of client care.
- Communicate relevant clinical information confidentially and in a timely manner.
- Provide for the physical, emotional, and environmental needs of clients.
- Administer medication in accordance with professional guidelines and clinic policies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare team members.
- Support and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-focused care in accordance with policies and protocols.
- Work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to support patient care and procedure preparation.
- Contribute to workplace safety and actively participate in reducing workplace risks and injuries.
- Ensure the safety of clients, team members, and visitors, promptly reporting any incidents, hazards, or near misses.
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency protocols and assist in responding to emergency situations such as fire or medical emergencies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a proactive and responsive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively use a variety of software tools.
- Demonstrated dedication to improving quality and implementing best practices in patient care.

Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 – $85,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
