Bedshed is on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Claremont.

About the role
As Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for:

• Planning and implementing retail operations on a day-to-day basis in conjunction with the Store Manager
• Working closely with the Manager to provide effective leadership and support the development of the retail team ensuring they are meeting financial and business targets
• Working with the warehouse team to ensure customer deliveries are booked and dispatched in a timely manner
• Assisting the Store Manager with monitoring all business costs and taking corrective action where necessary
• Ensuring the store is merchandised in line with company standards
• Ensuring customer service standards are maintained in-store

About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• An ability to coach and mentor a team
• A high attention to detail
• A strong sense of self-motivation
