Outsourced payrolling

If you have found work with an employer, and they are unable to employ you directly due to:

  • A headcount freeze
  • Uncertainty of position viability
  • Or the assignment being short-term

Then our payroll services may be of interest.

If you choose to use 11 Recruitment as your third-party payroll provider, will become your employer and we will place you on assignment with the company. This means you'll still be working for them, but not as a direct employee.

How does it work?

To start, you will sign up to become a casual employee of 11 Recruitment.

We will then make an agreement with the employer (now referred to as the "host employer") to place you as a temp or contractor with them.

At the end of each week, you will complete and sign an electronic time sheet, which will then be verified by the host employer.

On the following Monday, our Accounts Office will:

  • Process payroll
  • Organise for you to get paid
  • And email the host employer an invoice

In terms of tax and other obligations, as your direct employer we will handle:

  • Your wages
  • PAYG liabilities
  • Superannuation contributions
  • Your letter of separation at the end of the assignment
  • Centrelink enquiries
  • Your group certificate

Third-party payroll
