The Role

  • Customer Service – via phone, email and in-person
  • Efficient and effective communication with clients and suppliers
  • Identifying client requirements & quotations
  • Prepare documentation (Order forms, Catalogues and Embroidery/Decoration forms)
  • Perform fittings (Internal and External) & Process Orders
  • Arranging for necessary decoration (Logo)
  • Arranging procurement and dispatch
  • Invoicing & Administrative duties
  • Understand and perform to contract client requirements
