  • Experience as a receptionist
  • Well organised, able to multitask and flexible to adjust to changing priorities
  • Professional and polite phone manner

The Role

Reception 

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise with customers who have submitted website enquiries
  • Calendar bookings for sales staff 
  • Distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Logging and updating of CRM
  • Liaison with marketing personnel for various marketing campaigns
  • Assist with attendance at conferences as exhibitors

Administration / Accounts

  • Prepare basic quotes / assist sales staff with quote preparation
  • Generating invoices, processing payments and issuing of receipts
  • Basic bookkeeping duties
  • Banking 
  • Liaise with Accountants for Payroll and Tax Reporting
