Publications Coordinator / Manager

 About You

  • Experience in project management and negotiations 
  • Knowledge of printing, publishing and/or graphics arts procedures
  • Proven command of editorial, grammatical, writing skills and techniques

The Role

  • Manage contracts and source copyright permissions
  • Extend publications to new markets
  • Strong computer skills 
  • Experience with InDesign, typesetting and graphic design skills, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is desirable
  • Proofreading skills
  • Establish best practice, price right printing options
  • Control stock on hand and inventory
  • Develop texts as an on-line resource
  • Develop on-line study packages based on our books or teachers material
  • Responsible for exam writing coordination and scheduling
  • Research current books available to students – find areas for new publications, including textbooks
