They are seeking a Property Manager on an ongoing temporary basis who can commit to providing their clients with individualised services across the Perth metropolitan area.

 

About You

You will be enthusiastic about the property industry, as well as dedicated to providing top tier customer service to their clients and customers.

You will ideally have;

  • Property management experience
  • Possession of a Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration

 

The Role

You will be working with passionate and experienced realtors who will support you throughout your assignment. 

The role includes, but is not limited to;

  • Landlord and tenant management by way of clear communication
  • Meeting and greeting clients and customers
  • Answering and handling property management enquiries
  • Running open homes for lease and lease signings
  • Taking and screening rental applications
  • Handling and resolving property repair and maintenance requests
  • Handling ad-hoc administration tasks
