Our client is seeking a Human Resources Officer / Training Officer who has experience with hands-on care. Your role will be coordinating and delivering effective and responsive Human Resource services in the areas of HR records, recruitment, selection, appointment, and training of staff. This is to ensure compliance with the National Standards for Disability Services. The position provides advice and support in relation to HR policies and processes and has a critical role in ensuring that information both hard and digital copies of staff records are accurate and timely.
