The Role

  • Deals with internal and external HR related enquiries and requests
  • Maintains the registers of manual handling, first aid, working with children cards, and national police clearance to ensure currency of certificates
  • Undertake Visa checks for new and employed Support Workers
  • Arrange with RTO of all Cert 3 and 4 training
  • Prepare and submits all paperwork regarding to Worker’s Compensation claims
