What is this role all about
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales service to internal and external customers.
As the face of our client's business you will;
- Create a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging with valued customers
- Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately
- Sell rental options to valued customers
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues
- Ensure all vehicles features are operational when returned by renting customer
- Detail fleet when required
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this position, the new team member must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and a flair for sales
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Must be computer literate
- You must hold a WA driver’s license
