Our client is seeking a Junior Customer Service Officer for our client in Bibra Lake. About the roleIn this role, you will be part of a small, supportive, and nurturing customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and orders and will be responsible for providing excellent and timely customer service and sales support.More specifically, your duties will include:Liaising with clients via phone and email.Giving clients a positive and professional experience.Providing ongoing client follow-up.Anticipating client needs.Providing accurate sales and quotation advice.Preparing quotations.Processing incoming purchase orders.Updating and maintaining the CRM as required.Please note: this role will require you to work on a rotating roster which will include four weeks of nightshift every ten weeks.
