The role

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality and maintain discretion with sensitive information
  • Demonstrated success in previous end-to-end recruitment roles, across a variety of role types
  • Tertiary Human Resources qualification, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
