As a Customer Care Representative your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with enquiries in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Responding to emails directed to personal and shared inboxes
  • Providing consultative customer service to showroom walk-ins
  • Producing and processing quotations, sales orders, and invoicing
  • Processing customer demo requests or rentals
  • Database management
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required

 

About You

To be part of the Customer Service Team, you will be proactive and empathetic, treating customers with respect when identifying their unique needs.
