The team is supportive and collaboratively shares all duties and responsibilities amongst members. As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but are not limited to:Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with enquiries in a prompt and friendly mannerResponding to emails directed to personal and shared inboxesProviding consultative customer service to showroom walk-insProducing and processing quotations, sales orders, and invoicingProcessing customer demo requests or rentalsDatabase managementAd hoc administrative duties as requiredAbout YouTo be part of the Customer Service Team, you will be proactive and empathetic, treating customers with respect when identifying their unique needs.
