Our client is a locally-owned, operated and manufactured company that specialises in providing innovative solutions for lowering poles. With over 20 years of industry experience, they have capitalised on a gap in the market by being the sole provider to convert existing rigid poles into lowering poles.
Operating on a global scale, they have a diverse customer base ranging from domestic distributors and government clients to international mining, oil, and gas corporations. They offer unique solutions that enable clients to safely and efficiently lower, raise or pivot poles to carry out maintenance without the need for heavy machinery or work-at-heights personnel.
They are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with their clients. As such, they are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Officer to join their enthusiastic team in Mandurah.
Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, you will work collaboratively with the global Business Development Team to build positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
Additionally, it is anticipated that you will:
- Provide accurate sales and quotation advice
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders
- Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system
To service their global client base, this role will require you to work on a rotating roster which will include some night shifts.
