Our client is an Australian-owned and operated business that manufactures and supplies corporate uniforms and custom-designed apparel. They are seeking a vibrant and approachable full-time Customer Service Officer to join their growing team in Malaga.   

 

About the role

Using your eye for corporate fashion, you will provide outstanding service and expert style advice to corporate customers. In this role, you will receive on-the-job skill development and the chance to manage your own client portfolio.

This opportunity offers stable working hours, paid overtime and generous quarterly bonuses after the initial probationary period.     

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Scheduling and facilitating garment fittings
• Processing, invoicing and dispatching orders
• Exceeding client expectations by providing outstanding service
• Participating in team meetings / work during tender preparations
• Quoting, presenting and following up on enquiries with potential and existing clients 
• Providing admin assistance as required

 

About you

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer who will leverage their communication skills to provide style advice and exceptional customer service.

To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:

• Customer service experience within the clothing or retail sector
• Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office Suite, MYOB, Adobe Illustrator) 
• A valid driver's licence
