About the roleReporting to the Centre Manager, the Clinical Services Manager is responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to a team of eight direct reports from multidisciplinary backgrounds. The team work across three different funding streams offers a diverse range of mental health interventions to young people.The Clinical Services Manager is required to oversee the implementation and management of all aspects of clinical and community awareness services and activities at the centre, develop partnerships with key stakeholders, support continuous quality improvement activities, manage identified risks, and enhance operational effectiveness. It is of paramount importance that the successful candidate for this role aims to offer quality, safe and accessible services to all young people. Due to ongoing roles being available a talent pool may be created for future ongoing and temporary roles. About you

To carry out this role, the successful candidate will be required to have:

  • Current WWCC
  • Current driving licence and access to a comprehensively insured car
