Our client, a respected boutique consultancy firm, has been providing technology, independent business and management consulting services since its establishment in 1989. They are seeking a Business Consultant with eloquent writing skills, professionalism and a collaborative approach to join their dynamic Perth CBD team. 

 

About the role
Reporting to the Consulting Director, you'll be assigned a variety of projects, progressively assuming more ownership as you grow within the organisation. Leveraging your analytical prowess, commercial acumen, and creative problem-solving skills, you'll conduct comprehensive risk analysis and non-financial audits, catering to the specific requirements of each client. This will include understanding their needs, viewing it from a strategic perspective, undertaking analysis and detailing findings and recommendations.

This dynamic role includes a multitude of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting research to understand the client's business using diverse methods such as shadowing, surveys, interviews and report analysis
• Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them
• Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies
• Compiling, articulating and presenting information in written and visual formats 
• Developing and implementing new procedures or training initiatives
• Interpreting data to inform findings and recommendations  
• Presenting findings and suggestions to clients with clarity, ample justification and practical advice

About you

Additionally, a warm, collaborative personality is key as you work closely with clients and the consultancy team.  

You will ideally have a Degree in Commerce (Business, Risk Management & Auditing) or relevant field, and previous experience in risk analysis and non-financial audits.
