Our services

If you have found work with an employer, and they are unable to employ you directly due to:

  • A headcount freeze
  • Uncertainty of viability of the position due to internal or external factors
  • The employer is not able employ you directly
  • It is a short-term assignment

However if they can employ you as a casual employee, then 11 Recruitment can become your employer - placing you on the assignment with the company. That means you can still work for them, but not as a direct employee.

How does it work?

    You sign up and become a casual employee of 11 Recruitment.
  2. 2
    11 Recruitment makes an agreement with the employer (now referred to as the "Host Employer") to place you as a temp/contractor with them.

    At the end of each week you complete and sign an electronic timesheet which is then verified by the Host Employer.

    On the following Monday our Accounts Office will:
  • Process the payroll
  • Organise for you to get paid
  • Email the host employer an invoice for the service provided based on the hours worked

    This invoice includes:
  • Your pay
  • 20% compulsory leave loading
  • 5.5% payroll tax (varies slightly between states)
  • 9.5% superannuation
  • 3.5% worker's comp insurance
  • 0.5% public liability insurance
  • Our admin and finance fee

    Legislation and compliance: 11 Recruitment utilises one of the largest casual payroll software systems in Australia and comply with all statutory requirements in all states and territories of Australia.

    Tax and other obligations: As a contracted employee of 11 Recruitment, we will handle:
  • Your wages
  • PAYG liabilities
  • Superannuation contributions
  • Your letter of separation at the end of the assignment
  • Centrelink enquiries
  • Your group certificate
