At 11 Recruitment we have been keeping a close eye on updates around the COVID-19 situation and will continue to do so, to preserve the health and well-being of our people and the people we interact with. This includes our employees (permanent and casual) plus job-seekers, our clients and suppliers.
As the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic continues to rapidly escalate in Australia and around the world, we want to update you on the measures 11 Recruitment has implemented and will be putting in place to safeguard our community and enable business continuity throughout this period.

Business Continuity Plan - impact on services provided
We are preparing our own Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Part of this plan is to enable our permanent employees to work from home to minimise the risk of infection.
As most of our permanent employees already have the facility to work from home, we foresee that this will have little impact on our services: -
- Advertised search / permanent recruitment.
- Executive search / headhunting
- SEEK advertisement
- Skills testing
- DISC profiling
- CV writing
- Temp/Casual services
For the time being, no infections have occurred on any of our client (host employer) sites . Our casual employees, working on a host employer site, are instructed to follow ours as well as the host employers' guidelines and as well as keeping us informed of any infections.
All our landlines, mobile numbers and email addresses will remain fully active and operational throughout this period.
Our employees (permanent and casual) will not be allowed to travel internationally or domestically, for work purposes until further notice.
We are also restricting all non-essential physical/face to face interactions between our employees and job-seekers or clients. We encourage the use of video conferencing and collaboration platforms to facilitate most if not all interactions. This will be in effect until further notice. As 50% of our meetings and interviews already are online we do not anticipate increasing this to have any noticeable effect on the quality of service or our capabilities to continue our complete service offering.
Minimise risk of transmission
In our office, we have implemented control measures as recommended by government health authorities. These include:
- Installed hand sanitisers at the entrance to our office.
- Requested employees to exercise good hygiene practices including washing hands often with soap, and seek medical advice if required.
- Increased frequency of surface cleaning in common areas such as reception, meeting rooms, kitchen and bathrooms.
- Not to share cutlery and cups.

Working from home
Through our expertise with digital productivity and collaboration tools, and their daily use across our business, our permanent staff are well accustomed to working remotely including from home. Should it be required all employees will be requested not to attend the offices of 11 Recruitment.
