IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that:

  • Our service will be provided as per our terms of business and overtime or shift work will be invoiced under the relevant award or agreement.
    Hours worked outside of 38 hours per week will be paid at time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter calculated daily.
  • The ordinary hours of work may be worked from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm Monday to Friday and from 7.00 am to 12.30 pm Saturday. Time worked outside the spread of ordinary hours will attract overtime rates.

TIMESHEETS & INVOICING

At the end of each week, temp will complete an online electronic timesheet. When this timesheet has been completed, we will alert you to verify the hours declared. On the following Monday, our Accounts Office will process the payroll, pay our employee, and email you an invoice for the service provided based on the hours worked.
