Debbie Cooper

Debbie commenced her career in 1996, as a Recruitment Consultant for Kelly Services. She later moved to The Rank Group, a leisure and gaming company based in the UK, where she progressed through the ranks. At the time of her employment, the company had locations in the UK, Belgium and Spain, and 47,000 employees. A brief overview of Debbie's career at The Rank Group is as follows.

2015 to 2019 | Director of HR, Shared Services & Digital

Led all aspects of HR within the shared services and digital functions. Partnered with the executive committee and senior management to implement strategies, and developed the capabilities of employees to meet business objectives. In this role, Debbie split her time between the company's offices in London and Gibraltar.

2013 to 2015 | Head of HR, Shared Services & Digital

Led and implemented company-wide initiatives including change management programmes, on-boarding programmes, workshops to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, and more.

2006 to 2013 HR Training & Development Manager

Managed all aspects of HR within the support office.

2001 to 2006 | HR Advisor

Ensured policies and procedures were adhered to. Provided line managers with guidance and employment law advice regarding ER issues.

1997 to 2001 | HR Administrator

Supported the HR Manager in all aspects of administration for Rank Entertainment.

Following her employment at Rank Group, Debbie worked as an HR Consultant and Facilitator for Enrich People Solutions. In this role, she was responsible for facilitating Insights Discovery workshops, providing 1-1 coaching, conducting workplace mediation, designing and delivering bespoke training workshops and more.

In addition to being a Graduate Chartered Member of The Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), Debbie is a licenced Insights Discovery practitioner, qualified workplace mediator, skilled facilitator, trained coach and a mental health first aider.

At 11 Recruitment, Debbie provides clients with executive level recruitment and HR services, including mediation, coaching, and Insights Discovery workshops.

Natasha Nel

Natasha Nel is a natural HR generalist whose experience extends across the full employment lifecycle. She is business-orientated and outcome-focused with strong influencing, negotiation, relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

Natasha began her HR career in 2013, as an HR Officer for Shoprite, an international retailer with over 140,000 employees across 14 countries. A brief overview of Natasha's employment history at Shoprite is as follows.

2015 to 2017 | HR Manager

Implemented and revised the company's compensation program, developed, analysed and updated the company's salary budget, evaluation program and personnel policies and procedures, maintained and revised the company's handbook, oversaw the recruitment of all personnel, conducted new employee orientations and employee relations counselling, recommended new policies, approaches and procedures, and more.

2014 to 2015 | Assistant HR Manager

Performed the duties of an HR Manager under supervision.

2013 to 2014 | HR Officer

Assisted with day-to-day HR operations and supported the company's HR Managers, coordinated HR projects, dealt with employee HR requests, and provided staff onboarding and offboarding.

Natasha has an MBA in cyber security, plus a bachelor's degree in Psychology with honours in industrial sociology. She is certified in Gartner psychometric test administration, 360-degree feedback, leading with emotional intelligence, performance-based hiring, recruiting foundations, strategic human resources, and talent sourcing.
